I'm travelling the world with my 21 ft sailing boat, I'm belgian, i got a gold advantage card #V12017817, i bought bottom paint (references: bottom shield black: code: 7/2546902421/2) in your shop in San Juan at the end of august i put it on the 1st september, on my hull and it doesnt work, after 3 weeks only it began to foul. i have picture to prove you that your product is bad quality, because i paint my hull half blue (remaining International bottom paint bought in Canarias) and the other side in black, your paint. the main problem is that i'm travelling the World, with my 21 ft sailing boat, and i dont have money to repay a travelift, normally i do my bottom paint once a year, So, i would like you to do something for me. Refunding my money, wouldn't be enough, because what I need it s a trustable bottom paint on my hull. I did the job already once a month ago and it would be nice from you to do it again, because without a good bottom paint I will lose 1 knots of speed instead of doing 120Nm/day I would do only 100 so I would have to carry more water, takes more places in my boat. I spend a lot of my money in your shop and hope that you can make this right. What could you propose for me? I think your company could help me with the travel lift cost. Hoping that you understand my disappointment and that you will help in my circumnavigation.
